Even if you’re a burger flipper, he had the audacity to punch down by calling fans “sheep”. Bro, you’re not a lion. You’re the worst offensive lineman on a bad offensive line. At least the burger flipper is good at his job.

If I was his coach I'd make him go play around of golf and pair him with a 70 year old scratch golfer. He can watch an old man half his size hit a ball twice as far, while he looks like an idiot who's never played a sport before. Then tell him he's not superior to anyone.

@jnyce2nyce what. Please remember we were not really a playoff team last year. The Giants gave us a false read of who they are. I knew, right, from the outset, they were not that good. It would have been better for everyone for everyone to have reasonable expectations. So is Scheon a bust...NOPE.....IS NEAL a bust...he just might be. Scheon has drafted and traded well. In addition, we now have a lot of room under the cap. It takes at least 3 years to turn around a franchise so bad in every way as the Giants. This has been a very difficult season to this point. I think everyone overrated the Giants. To many mistakes, I will admit made by management, however Scheon is doing a very good job. This Neal situation, I agree, was handled miserable . Evan Neal was born in Okeechobee, FL where the median household income was $40,149 with a per capita income of $21,449. 21.8% of the population lived below the poverty threshold. Evan Neal signed a 4 year rookie contract with the Giants in 2022 worth $24,551,256 fully guaranteed. Then he goes out plays like crap and decides to insult the very hard working fans that bust their ass to earn a living and pay his salary...RANT ON!

So, the middle guy says that he was articulating what a lot of athletes actually feel about the fans? They think, “you can’t do what I do/How dare you boo me?” And then they use a stereotype of someone with a low paying job as an insult? I think this is something we should seriously consider, as fans. Is this true? Listen, regardless of how much money we all make, WE PAY THEIR SALARIES. WE ULTIMATELY PROVIDE THEIR JOB FOR THEM. Without viewership and merchandising, they would be playing football for free. A lot of them would be flipping burgers and hotdogs themselves. If they have forgotten that and have gotten it twisted somehow(maybe they are just stupid meatheads), we might want to consider reminding them of how the money they get paid is generated. Let’s remember, we actually have the power to do something about this. If we don’t watch/buy, they don’t have a job. If we just watch/buy anyway, he is right about us being “sheep”.

Maybe if these ill-educated players took a logic course in college, if they went to class at all, they’d know what a dumb argument it is to say to fans, “you can’t do what I do, so shut up.”
Try that on your customers in any real job. Try that on your boss.

It is who he is. An arrogant player that thinks playing for Alabama makes him special. Instead of putting in the work. He's only apologizing because of the huge backlash. Correction, his agent wrote the apology for him.

Didn’t Kay go off on Don a few weeks ago telling him “you sound like a fan!”…….in a condescending tone…… what a hypocrite…… but by what he said about Neal, I guess that’s how he looks at fans…….

MetLife Stadium has proven to be a Death Sentence for both ‘home teams’ The Giants & Jets have a similar pathetic record in that joke of a building! NYG 49-57 NYJ 49-59 Combined 98-116! What’s not to boo + as a player, what’s not to hate!

I appreciate Don and know where he's coming from with saying to cut him but i wouldn't. Just flip him off if you see him but 'use' him. Play good ball and make us happy.... After your suspension because fans come first. Suspend him!
