Why is everyone in such a hurry?! No one ever makes a as killing quickly out of stocks, my Nio shares are down 40% but not worried, Rome wasn’t built in a day! If you know about sales, marketing and R&D you’ll know that all the fundamentals are in place. I worked with a company for years that was operating at a loss , it’s normal , very very normal for new businesses! Nio is still a new business , it’s a long term investment- long term!! I’m celebrating this down turn in stock price to lower my average even further! Keep the faith stop panicking!

Well let's all be honest, NIO needs to ramp up and start meeting it's targets before investors start going else where. I have been a NIO investor now for over 4 years and stuck with them all the way, however todays results where not what i was expecting once again 🤕🤮😵💫

Could you do a favour to all NIO stakeholders by sending the following message to NIO's upper management (if you have connections). If they publish a vehicle delivery forecast could they please lower the numbers intentionally. For example, they've stated that the estimated delivery number for Q2 will be 54-56k vehicles. It means that they need to deliver over 19k to have a beat on the upper estimate. Even if they confident that deliverers will be over 20k in June, why not to put a bit smaller number (e.g. 52k-54k vehicles).
It is not a big deal to lower the numbers slightly, but we will get almost a granted beat on deliveries and revenue in the next quarter.

Hello Mr. P. I have often observed when a quarterly report is bad but the outlook is good, then in most cases the share price rises, but with Nio there are probably other forces at play. i trust Nio and Mr. William Li and last "blue sky coming"👍🙃
I liked that the stock opened in red because if it had opened in 10%up the shorts would have taken it down anyway now this is just an opportunity to buy more

That is load of crap. If you look at the report. Q2 expectation is 54k to 56k units. That translates to "under" 20k delivery in June. What happen to high 20k or 30k? Nio just keep making 1 excuse after another. Another excuse of production capacity...production transistion bla bla bla... i don't hear these problems from most other auto maker.
The First quarter 2024 was on the weak side so let’s look forward to the 2nd quarter expect 54000-56000
April -May delivery 36000 all we need in June is 20000 deliveries and we hit upper end target of 56000
With this in view and the upcoming results I bought yesterday 500 Nio @4.88 now holding 5000 @4.41 I am a believer in Nio long run

Again as said prior Nio stock is LONG term 2027/28 prior seeing profits. They need to expend in Europe via Battery swap current 43 station so until they reach 2k station (France, Spain, UK, Italy, Belgium ect.)!you are going to see Nio spending! Ok why the forecast for June deliveries is less than 20k - flat to May deliveries (based in 55k midpoint ). With $2.3B burned in Q1, how will they fund a new factory ? Debt or dilutions ? Production capacity ? They delivered 55k vehicles in Q423 and suddenly they have production capacity issues ? Bull

@@ssimon1328 I would say that the stock is not sinking but in a holding pattern. You can trade in and out but they need to show some improvement to get out of this bear price action. There is enough volatility to make money here but I don't see this as a long term investment yet.
They are extrapolating for the future. Does not mean they cannot produce 20k cars a month right now.

Nio is 7 billion dollars in debt. They have very low rate to be a successful company. I’m also in Nio I have like 1200 shares. If we wanna se our money again we have to wait until 2 years from now.

As long as NIO keeps losing monies, it does not matter if it sold 1 million evs. No big investor will want to jump on the band wagon while other money making stocks are available. I would not want to park my money in NIO for year(s) hoping it will rocket. Rather, I will certainly get in to buy when NIO starts to announce that king Li is making money.

Investors needs to consider the valuation of Nio and other EVs companies in general. BMW sold over 2.2 millions vehicles in 2023 with profit of 12B Euros and has a market cap of USD63B. Nio merely hit 160k units in 2023, Net loss of USD2.9B and its market cap is USD10B. That is just 1 to 6 ratio compared to BMW's market cap, where as the sale and profitability disparity is so much higher.

Why hasn't Nio previously started double shifts if they knew a production issue existed? The problem is that they make benefits nio produces 30k car/month with 20%margin and at 20k/month with less margin and they cannot follow the orders.....
For Onvo it will be 20k cars /month to make benefits, we will see if production will follow.
Nio will make benefits with swap before than with selling cars.

I don’t understand the supply problem they have two factories that can make over 400,000 cars so make it make sense why are they struggling to make over 20,000 cars a month. If it’s a delivery centre issue make more delivery centres how hard can it be its not a factory there must be failed car companies in China needing to sell off unused delivery centres.
I think they ran out of Electricty to build them 🤣🤣, but i agree with you 100% and it shows that the figures do not stack up with the production supply.
