Great animation, really smooth!
I was a bully in my first school, then got moved to another school and got bullied there. Then another school, I am bully again, then another school and I am bullied again. Only after that I learned not to be an asshole. Not the brightest person I am.
Thus being said I don't believe in karma. No hidden mechanism in my case, just bunch of assholes testing each other.

A fun fact, in original Hinduism, karma does not refer to immediate rewards and punishment like you described, but only to rewards and punishment once you have been reincarnated. Such as if you fulfill your dharma you will be reincarnated into higher social class and things like that. At least that is my understanding of it, I could be wrong.
I don't believe in karma that much... But my form of it came in the form... Of a Karen
