for attaching a foam canon you need a minimum of 100 bar pressure washer with 6 LPM flow rate and unfortunately DC pressure washer does not fulfill these criterias. so in short fOAm Canon will not work

if the pressure gun can accept 1/4 qc adapter then yes

you can use IK foam lance. difference without pressure washer.
you can also use a pneumatic foam lance but that runs with air compressor.

Larger the aperture, lesser will be pressure. For a domestic pressure washer with upto 2000 psi, an apperture size of 2-3 will suffice.
Turbo nozzle will work with starq w3.
One more ques Bhai bt important one,,Kya bucket PE shampoo water daal direct gun se use KR shkte Hai ?? Machine mein prob to nhi hoga na??
As such many pressure washers provide this facility. Soap doesn't destroy internals of a presure washer.
But i havent tried this on starq w3. & neither seller nor manufacturer has provided any info on this.
