I put about 5 hours in to it, a lot of those after recording this video. So it certainly has that "OK, this time!" effect.

It looks fun but it is definitely nothing new under the sun, tho. This is just a track/train version of the plumbing game that has been around for quite few years already... You need to connect pipes to create connections for a water flow.. This game works kind of the same, the principles are there

It certainly does lean a little towards Pipe Mania games, although there's enough difference for me, that I'd play both without feeling I'm playing the same game with a different skin.
