I can speak for men that when you are younger you have the ability to have sex 3 times a day but I think as you get older you realize you dont need to have the act of sex as much. Its actually the intimacy that you desired the entire time. So no you dont have sex 3 times a day but you have romantic date nights, showering together, holding hands etc.

As a woman grows we require more intimacy and u should to tbh that’s more important than just fucking .
