I let the boba chill in ice water and then I put it in a pan with some brown sugar and water and let it thicken. Actually helps to get all that nice syrupiness with the boba at the bottom, and then it disperses when you pour the milk🙌🏼.

    Near perfect loop 🙂
You should've left the last clip as the transition into the first clip. In other words it's the same clip... you just have to split the clip in half and put the end of the clip at the beginning of the video, and leave the first half of the clip at the end of the video. Doobydobap does it, and I ended up realizing how she does it after writing a lot of Tik Tok skits.
PS, I never thought I'd write many at all or even get to the point where I'm writing perfect loops, but I have. So yeah, I recommend this editing trick. Hopefully this helps 😊

@@tuala5495 if you want everything in detail here I put it for you: , so you boil the pearls for 20 minutes and you stir from time to time so that they don't stick, then you let them rest with a lid for 30 minutes. after that you drain your pearls you put them in a bowl next to it and you take a frying pan where you will heat 5cl of water and brown sugar (more sugar than water in general) and you put your pearls you wait until the texture becomes sticky and you put that in a bowl. you have your tapioca pearls ready for the "Tiger boba" and there you take a clear glass a spoon and you line the sides of the glass and voilàaaaa. many recipes recommend rinsing the pearls in cold water but it makes the pearls harder so as I like them melting (not mushy but not hard either) I do not recommend doing that

Do you boil in water and then soak in honey? I wanted to do this with espresso. I have black and clear boba what do you think?

From the thumbnail it looked like you made boba in the Cook Anyday. I'd love the recipe for microwave boba! It never comes out right on my stovetop

If you're using instant boba like she is, boiling the tapioca for about 30 mins, straining/rinsing in cold water, putting it back in a pot with some brown sugar and a little water, then turning the heat on med for about 5-10 mins (stir continuously to prevent sticking) should work just fine.
If you're using the non-instant kind, you need to bring your water to a boil first before adding the boba pearls or they will disintegrate and turn to mush. You also need to use a lot of water and a big enough pot so the boba has room to expand. If you don't add enough water, the texture won't be soft and chewy. So, for every 1 cup of boba, you'll want to use about 6 cups of water.
The cooking process is pretty easy. Once your water comes to a rolling boil, add your tapioca pearls and give them a quick stir to prevent the pearls from sticking. Then, turn the heat down to med-low once all the pearls rise to the surface and the water begins to boil again. Put a lid on the pot and allow the pearls to simmer on med-low heat for 30 minutes while stirring every 10 minutes just to make sure they don't stick to the bottom. Once 30 mins is up, turn off the heat and allow the pearls to rest in the pot with the lid still on for another 30 minutes. Finally, strain your boba and give it a really good rinse with cold water. Use your hands to make sure you get off all the excess tapioca. Then you can sweeten them using the same method I mentioned for the instant boba. Or you can just let them soak in a simple syrup solution for about 10 mins prior to serving if you're short on time. I prefer the other method because I like when the pearls are slightly warm in my drink.
This is a pretty foolproof way for cooking non-instant boba and most boba tea shops cook their tapioca pearls this way too, so it should work out just fine for you at home. Also, make sure you consume your boba within 4 hours for best taste/texture, and it's not recommended to refrigerate and reheat later. They're just not the same after that, but you can certainly try it if you want.
      I hope this helps.
