Never knew who you were but you were just a great guy and assisted me in basically just enjoying Laguna Beach as a visitor. Found your channel finally and been hooked. Very cool. Back in 80's we used to do this down the beach on Lake Michigan. Had a Burton performer elite. Used a bayou 185 four wheeler as the tow vehicle
I pray the day never comes that we don't have snow, but you guys are out here showing us all, you don't always need snow to snowboard lol.

My whole like I was into all kinds of sports…… I mean it was the 90’s and everything was exploding with live competitions blazing through every house. I skated and Roller Bladed ( hockey and street) all kinds of crazy stuff. I always wanted to do 2 things once I was an adult. One, go surfing… not really many surf spots in OKC back in the day and number 2 was snowboard… again.. OKC. I did move back to WV but after my spine injury I lost out on the chance. It’s all lower spine and these aren’t the only things my injuries have taken from me. I had someone tell me a few months back that I should move to Hawaii because dealing with chronic pain is a bit easier to manage with its climate….and since the military retired me a decade ahead of time I can’t even think about just going to visit. I did half of a goal that I set in basic training. My goal was to finally succeed in something. I was either going to die in combat somehow so my family would get to have a more financially comfortable life or reach at least 20 years of service to reach retirement. I can’t even afford a house in my budget in this area of Northern Cali and are now looking for another long distance move. First was west Texas to West Virginia, next was WV to Cali and now it looks like it will never be here to Hawaii but most likely Florida, Georgia or one of the Carolina’s. I served 10 years before I was medically retired. Now coming up on what would be my 20th year and the start of when I could retire if I so chosen to. But every day I find something else that my time served has taken away from me. Or a new restriction because of the financial stresses. My depression and anxiety has been getting heavier and now the social anxiety has started up self isolation. I’m so tired of how my life’s been. I need to figure something out for my wife and son. They deserve so much more that I’m not able to provide. Our 20yr wedding anniversary is coming up in a few months and every time I think we have the extra income to do maybe finally go on a rather late honeymoon something happens. We where going to by a motorhome to live in permanently but you can’t get a home loan on something like that. A regular loan on a second hand one would be in our budget if we could afford the down payment… with all these stupid moves I would rather get the house with wheels so I don’t have to worry about hiring packers and paying to ship my stuff. Just start it up and roll out. An old supervisor suggested a go fund me to try and raise enough for the down payment but when I tried to use something like that to pay for IVF we got like 2 donations in 6mo.’s. I’m so tired of being broke and broken. …
