    Ma'am can I eat any fruit (except citrus one) on empty stomach in morning before breakfast? Even bananna? Because there are many confusions regarding taking bananna in empty stomach.Pls ma'am show us the right path because I really have good faith on your immense knowlwdge....bannna is comparatively cheaper and easily available fruit, so.....

    Watermelon can not be consumed fully when we cut it. So naturally half will be consumed other half will be cut and kept it in fridge and consumed tomorrow. Is that wrong then.

    Or doctor kahte he hi bachho ki height genetic ho sakti h.
    Abhi tak mene uski diet ka pura focus Kiya h.
    Or uski height abhi tak normal h.
    Par mujhe dar he ki aage chalkar vo genetic na ho jaye.
    Mana abhi tak possitive tarike se uski care kar rahi hu.
    Healthy food ,no junk food ,rich of protein , play ,etc
