Mart, thank you for this video. I remember this route so well. My Tante took me to Maastricht and return to Voerendaal back in 2015.
My Favourite route in the Netherlands. Whenever I visit the Netherlands, I take the ferry to the Hook, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Heerlen. Crossing the border at Aachen, and northeast to Cologne. By taking that route, it bypasses the congested areas north with traffic from Hamburg and Essen. It is a better alternative to the Eindhoven-Dusseldorf route.
Ahh, prachtig. Ik woon +/- 2 tot 3 minuten lopen van Maastricht-Randwyck, en ik noem deze route altijd de "Heerlen Liner", omdat die rechtstreeks gaat; ik stap daar vaak genoeg over voor andere ritten.
Fijne rit Mart, heb weer genoten van het Limburgse landschap ! Een dat als achterhoeker (Eefde Geld.)
Ik was weer bij in je cabine !

Great video. When the announcer says the name of the next station she then says something else before arriving in station, what is she saying please.
The announcer is saying 2 things.
First she will start with the next station. For example: "Maastricht".
After that she'll tell you in which direction you have to step out of the train. :D

Wat bedoel je met "Laatste rit"?
Dit is zijn laatste rit bij Arriva, hij is namelijk sindskort in dienst bij NS.

@@FrederiqueValerio Excuses voor mijn late reactie! Ik ben inderdaad overgestapt omdat er inderdaad meer variatie in trajecten is, meer materieel en zo dus ook een grotere uitdaging!
