Western bluebird parent behavior

A female adult bluebird flies out of the nestbox with a white packet. That's a bag of poop from one of the babies inside. The parents carry these poop packets out of the nest and drop them away to keep the next clean and not attract predators to a smelly box. I love bluebird monitoring! prescottbluebird.com/
