Context for last clip: In some EU countries you can get a moped licence when you're 15 (a moped is considered to be a bike with an engine displacement of 50cc at most and limited to a top speed of 50 km/h at most) and when you're 16 you can get an A1 licence, which let's you ride light motorcycles (a light motorcycle is considered to be a bike with an engine displacement of more than 50cc and less than 126cc and has 11 kW of power at most). Cops like to crack down on tuned mopeds that go faster than they're supposed to, hence why that cop was test riding that kid's bike. Apparently they thought it's a moped, but it turned out that the kid actually had an A1 licence and that bike was a light motorcycle, so there was no point in checking how fast it goes.

Hahaha, that doesn't hold up in court, especially for charges where you appear before a judge and not a jury (bench trial).
It's not outside the realm of possibilities that it's not the perpetrator who uploaded it online. Plus, it's possible to cover your tracks even if you upload a video online of you running from the cops. For example ghost rider (not the superhero, but the Swedish stunt rider who made hooning videos with police chases in them) never got caught as far as I know.

I can't say anything about scooters since I've never ridden one. I have seen some wicked fast scooters, but I'd ride one if given the chance.

Synic XIX i would prefer a dirtbike all the way. If i ever had the need to get away. With a superbike you can only go where the roads are but with a dirtbike you can go to an area with a lot of trees or bushes and get in there while cops cant even follow you. Not even on street bikes.
