Anakin: "I was beginning to think you weren't coming."
Me when I thought we weren't gonna see any flashbacks, but then THIS HAPPENED. I'm STILL recovering!
ME TOOOO!!!!
TRULLLYYYYY perfect timing, I was going to be gutted if we didn't get a healthy dose of Hayden, and this was perfection
@@CatherineLaSalle I totally agree M'Lady..
This Episode Was Perfectly Iconic In Every Single Way.
I actually Cried Catherineđ
BTW,You Have a Beautiful Cry.
(Return of the Beautiful Cry) I wanted to wipe your Tears.đ
Vader was Definitely
FORCE UNLEASHED in this Episode.
It was Alot to take in wasn't it M'Lady?
SAME
HFP đ
Saddest line in Star Wars. "We thought he was there to save us."
That hit the feels man.
Yeah dude that was pretty damn sad
THEY REALLY CAME FOR ALL OF OUR HEARTS AND SOULS WITH THAT ONE
@@CatherineLaSalle also, I love your videos. Your passion is amazing, thanks for the content. đđŒđđŒ
Yep. Just shows how anakin reputation grew during the clone wars. Most jedi were getting slaughtered by the clones but if theres one jedi that could resist them while saving the kids would be Anakin
All the poor younglings thought so.
"Master Skywalker, they're too many of them. What are we going to do?"
@@goncalovilhena2139 That's very true. Like Ezra said that Kanan told him, he was the greatest warrior the Jedi had in the Clone Wars
Seeing Hayden back really was just so amazing to see. It's just as poignant as seeing Luke return in Mandalorian. I hope Hayden realizes just how appreciated he really is.
TRULY the return of the king!! Such a special moment
This was by far the best episode yet! Iâm still in shock, this was everything I wanted
agreed even tho I am still trying to recover!
RIGHT, I really couldn't believe any of it was happening!!
Vader showed us his no-health-bar self toward the end for real
I absolutely loved how they essentially told the story of this episode through the fight flashbacks
FOR REAL it was such a creative yet heartbreaking way to foreshadow how the story unfolds....
Someone on CZcams de-aged the scene looks way better. Hayden is great but he's 41 years old he doesnt look or pass for a 19 yr old
Vader: "You have done well. Niel..."
*[Reva kneels]*
Vader: "No, you fool... I was summoning NIEL..."
*[Reva awkwardly stands back up]*
Vader: I'm not that kind of boss
LOLOL
The flashbacks of two best friends (Anakin and Obi-Wan) made me cry. Those scenes shows both of them still remember that they were brothers once, this was the best episode ever.
God yes, that was heartbreaking watching them both have the same flashback, and watching them react differently to it.
I love how Anakin's looking directly at Padme's apartment building in the first shot of this episode. He's likely about to see her again for the first time in 10 years.
@A 23 M. It could be. While itâs mentioned in AOTC by Windu that theyâve just arrived from another mission, it could have been few days before or so. But I hope it is like you said bc heâs definitely watching the place sheâd be staying in Episode II whether he can sense her there (if she already arrived) or heâs remembering when he visited her to say goodbye in The Phantom Menace.
AOTC is underrated imo. Seeing Padawan Anakin & Mullet Obi-Wan again was so nice. I felt like a kid in the theatres again! Imagine if they did deepfake/de-aging too!
The emotional crying followed by the death star mouthcover and censor beep got me đ
If these episodes had titles, I would call this one "The Lesson". I loved how the sparring session back on Coruscant paralleled with Vader chasing down Obi-Wan only to be left remembering what Obi-Wan was trying to teach him in the past. An extremely well done episode
I screamed when I saw Hayden again, my favorite episode yet, I cannot wait wait for the finale and I cannot wait for the battle of the heroes part 2
I'M NOT READYYYYYYYYYY MY EMOTIONSSSS
czcams.com/video/DU3HsNt8E1c/video.html NOW the hunt TRULY begins..
Flashback Hayden Christensen Anakin and Ewan McGregor 2002!!! And 2005!!!! Vader in Operation Knight Fall!!!! Obi Wan becoming The Negotiator again!!! Get getting powers back!!! RIP to The GOT Actress Tala she was Amazing and went out like a Boss đ Reva backstory of why she is!!! Omg Darth Vader pulling a Starkiller ;) Epic!!! The Saber fight during the flashback with the trademark Anakin back spinâïž Lord Vader just being a Boss Reva never stood a chance!đ Seeing the parallel in ROTS to Now of Vader killing Younglings!!! The and Hayden face!!!! I'm going to pull a you Cat "Is this real!?" đ€Ł Priceless reaction Blank out Deathstar bleepout edit lol Cat I had Happy Tears watching this, 50/10 Episode đ
"Goood, Gooood, your editing is almost complete" :D
no seriously, adding micro video clips is so much better, thank you :)
Flashbacks didn't disappoint đ„đ„
This episode for obi wan was like him waking up, taking charge again once again showing his sharpe mind is
RIP Tala and Ned going out like bosses đ your sacrifice will be worth it.
Vader was the best part of this episode for me playing with Reva(she actually thought she could beat himđ€Šđđ€Ł), pulling the ship down mid air and ripping chunks of the ship was so good.
Best episode so far
Your reaction at the end of the episode was priceless and accurate đ€Ł. By far the best episode of the series.
Ain't gonna lie. Seeing you cry at this stuff gets me choked up, every damn time lol
This episode was everything I wanted, lets hope the finale sticks the landing đ„
This deal's getting better all the time.
They've altered the deal, pray they alter it even further.
Best episode yet, so many emotions and whatnot, but Vader bringing down the shop was fuckin amazing, definitely reminded me of Force Unleashed
This episode was incredibly emotional on so many levels. I appreciate the purity of your reaction. Shows your appreciation of the tragedy being told. I was basically the same after finishing the episode lol.
I have to give credit to Disney. They have huge ginormous balls to do what even Lucas wouldn't dare. Show the slaughter of innocents. Hat tip Disney, hat tip. Anakin was gone, he was dead; only Vader walked into that Temple with the 501st.
They didnt really show it
It was so good to see Hayden and Ewan back.đ10/10 episode
At least I'm not the only one crying that hard with the Tala scene lol watching it again.. crying some more lol
I'm just going to say this now the Finale is going to be INSANE
I. AM. NOT. READY.
If it is any better then this I may go insane!
Of they dont show Obi-Wan beating Vader in a duel than its a huge plothold for A New Hope
I mean this show already introduced several plotholes as it is like Leia's relationship with Obi-Wan
Am I the only one who thinks the best thing about this show is going to be the new â Master Skywalker, thereâs too many of themâ memes that are surely around the corner.đđ
Now this is where the fun really begins.
wish we got more Anakin and Obi moments but I feel like this episode got more love and it shows.
14:54 âWhen it comes to 10 year old Leia Organa, YOU ARE THE FATHER!â
Darth Vader:
That is How DARTH VADER taught STARKILLER, unleashing the force and ripping anything on its path
One of the many things I love about this episode besides the obvious (Anakin/Kenobi flashbacks, Vader ripping entire ships apart, fighting a light sabre with just the Force), this one reminded me what a great leader and tactician Master Kenobi is. I loved that they referred to him as "General Kenobi".
I've literally never felt that much from any movie or any episode of any show. Definite 10/10! THIS IS THE KENOBI SHOW!
what an episode!!!! It was freaking great to see Hayden again with Ewan!!! And getting those flashbacks!!! finally!!!! and holy damn Sith balls, Vader is such a freaking badass. Pulling down that ship like Starkiller. So much happening in this episode.... order 66 flashbacks like Tom predicted and Reva was a Padawan youngling, confirming that theory many of us had. Which makes Reva a way more interesting character now too. Also rip Tala and Ned, going out like champs. #respect
Absolutely loved you reaction, CAT!!!! I hope you are well after al of that haha
Favourite episode yet! Flashbacks, Vader being true badass Vader (bar ending Reva there and then), it's what most of us wanted and it works!
We finally got to see Hayden's sweet face again.
Teacher: âturn to your peer sitting next to you and discuss what the answer isâ
The kid next to me: 26:57
LOLOLOLOLOL this is too true đđ
Another great episode and loved your reaction of seeing Hayden. I knew from that opening shot, you were going to freak out a bit. Very sad seeing Tala and Ned die, but least she went out heroic and saved a lot of lives. Also like the new editing style, looks better then just using stills. Take care Cat, and can't wait for the finale next week.
Iâm glad Hayden won an award for his acting in this show. He really stole every scene he was in. Especially at the end when half his helmet is cut off.
"The Ugly Cry Strikes Back".... nicely done!
Now I'm waiting for "Attack of the Ugly Cry" or "Revenge of the Ugly Cry" next week.
Hello There
This episode was lit! A whole new level Vader stuff.
Your a true treasure Cat.
Seeing Hayden aka Anakin as in the prequel flashbacks literally i cried about throughout that scene . I don't even mind the de ageing .But from starting to ending this episode was surreal .
I think they needed to use the OG imperial March Vader theme song , not a remix
I don't get it , why is everyone trying to fight Darth Vader
Man you get fight time cause he wanna play with you, if really wanted to fight , well you dead before starting
The way he just crashed a fking spaceship just in his force , that's so sick
Loved your reaction
There wssd no de-aging
This episode reaction is one of the best that you've ever done as I really do feel the love that you have for this franchise in your heart â€ïž
I love the format of this video much better than your previous reactions with the stills! Keep up the great work.
This was the best episode for sure. Tugged at the heart strings about the younglings and Reva.
I cried watching the training duel!
best episode so far! Explains why Reva was acting that way too
And people doubted the show this episode was incredibly hellfire lit đ„ let them hate!!! Lol Iâm watching this again and then again and again you get the vibe
I cried actually i sobbed... I died this is my fav eps. so far tho I had to take a whole entire day to think about this and possibly tomorrow... I didn't know what to say I literally was not emotionally ready for it...
Catherine! Honey! I also loved this episode! No words are needed! Your emotional reaction has said everything!đ
I loved how they did the flashback with Obi-Wan and Anakin
âRevenge does wonders for the will to liveâ yepâŠ..guess how Maul Survived đ«Ł Yaâll lowkey sleeping on that one. He was originally filmed in kenobi before they decided they wanted Vader as the main villain. Did they completely remove him tho đ€
I love your reaction in the beginning I literally was tearing up đ„čđ„č
Love you and the reactions!!!! Sooo good!!!
This fight Vader vs Reva HOLY SHIT!
Qui-Gon probably incoming in the finale, and together with Obi-Wan they will defeat Vader a little :D
They actually showed the youngling slayer in action. I never thought the day would come.
Looking at the glimpses of the flashbacks in Black & White *chefs kiss*
New subscriber here!! I love your reactions they are so genuine straight from the heart. I'm looking forward to your next video for the finale.
Aww welcome David!! Glad to have you here!
I was jumping up and down like a little girl in candy store the whole EP. This was beyond and epic EP.
Yesssss!!! Glad to hear you loved it, Michael!
I love your reaction so much. This was the best episode ever. Wow đđđđđđ
My favourite reaction yet! I can tell you love Star Wars. I have the same background poster lmao, as well as that Obi-Wan Disney Infinity figure (yes, I did notice those đ)
For all the haters who dogged on Reva knowing the true identity of Vader or her drive to get close to him. Now we know her motivation and back story and it makes her a really great villain IMO. She made the mistake of thinking she could kill Vader alone. Her rage and need for vengeance were selfish. You gotta let the story play out and not judge it until all the episodes are out.
This was epic đđđđ
Great reaction. This episode was awesome
Nice Kenobi EU book in the background I see you that's a fun little novel.
R.I.P NED & Tala they went out like heroes.
21:47 By this time, Vader had killed more Jedi than he could count, but his bloodlust REMAINED.
He was known to maim and kill the Inquisitors for some trumped up reason or another just to slate his desire to kill what was left of the Order.
His playing with Reva here is like a cat playing with it's food before it loses interest.
I love Catherine's reactions because she's really such a fan of Star Wars. I love. May the force be with you young Padawan. Greetings from Brazil.
This is the second star wars that we ve beeing looking forđ and i cannot believe that we see ani as an padawan learner again with he's jedi clothes
I knew it!
I didn't know this
But i knew ep5 would bring the goods! Ahhhhh!
Fantastic title to the vid btw
đđđ
Lol I was feeling your reaction even when you put the Dead star every time you were saying the F@#$# word đ€Ł so now I just subscribe to your channel đ...I was reacting the same way when I was watching Episode 5
Much better format/presentation this time than when you watched the First 2 eps! Even though you didnât reply to my comments, Iâm glad you saw them. I can tell. đđŸ
An immediate like because I love your reactions †This show keeps hitting it out of the park every week. I loved these flashbacks as they parallel with the events and emotions of this episode
"What I am supposed to say after that"
*illegible Catherine sounds for 10 seconds*
When it opened with flashbacks of anakin and obi-wan from before the clone wars I knew right then and there this is where the fun begins
I'm also glad we got to see more about reva and why she acts the way she does. And seeing more of order 66 was amazing!
Gotta keep doing more reactions!
I reacted the very same way. Some definite feels pulled in this!
What an episode!!! đ€
Seeing Hayden as full-blown Anakin again... idk, it gave me a weird feeling inside. Like suddenly, I was transported back to being 10 years old again. The world just faded away and it was the center of the universe for a split moment. It's impossible to describe how it felt for anyone who wasn't a massive fan of the prequels as a kid. The only ones who will understand are the ones who experienced the same thing with Luke in Mando season 2. Don't get me wrong, I had a similar experience, but not like this scene. Not like the prequels. They were a huge part of my childhood. On top of the major nostalgia factor, they also revealed that Reva only knew about Vader because she saw Anakin as a youngling and that Vader knew she knew and was just using her. Furthermore, they finally revealed the Grand Inquisitor still being alive, and they showed Vader just absolutely curbstomping Reva after effortlessly pulling back a spaceship, Force Unleashed style. Words cannot describe how much I loved this episode. The only issue I still have is Vader letting Kenobi go because of those flames, but honestly, after this, I can forgive it. People also hate on the fact that Hayden didn't really look de-aged, but I really don't care. We're watching a show about space magic lol. Complaining about something so minor just seems silly. Just be happy you got to see the real Hayden again, instead of some weird, unconvincing looking de-aged version
Thanks Catherine i haven't seen it yet . ( i shall return)
Thanks for the Show!
So heartwarming to see these types of reactions from people who enjoyed the show. Lately a portion of the Fandom seems to have converted into just a bunch of narrow minded haters
All this chaos going on with Leia. Meanwhile Luke in peace: Do y'all hear sum???"
That episode was absolutely amazing, I'm wondering if Reva is turning into a grey jedi?
Vader : I can rip a spaceship apaaaaawt.
Stormtrooper in background : So what happened with that fire you couldn't put out?
Vader : ...
Stormtrooper : Makes mini fire wall and scampers down hallway
Dude star wars is full with these. Why didn't yoda stop count Dooku's ship in attack of the clones? Why didn't Vader grab Luke with the force when he let go in empire?
@@shadearca we're talking about putting out a fire bro
The flashbacks hit in all the right way
Reva couldn't think. The only reason Obi-Wan wasn't fighting Anakin was because he was still distracted by Grievous and have no clue what was going on yet.
Perfection
My feelings exactly....
Why is noone talking about the fact that they finally showed us what Vader is thinking about when he stares out into space like that
Iâm so glad they did the scene where he pulls down the ship easily. In the movies and shows, they havenât done well to portray Vader as insanely powerful with the force.
Anakin with the classic overhead swing.
The Return of the Ugly Cry. It's understandable. This episode struck so many deep chords.
"Hello there!!"
The look on your faces meant so much to me and all of us, 17 years later, these men still got the fineese and energy of their characters down to a T!
EDIT: Hayden still fits into his padawan clothes like a glove, and it shows that the king has earned the love from the fans bac.
as soon as I saw that padawan braid I absolutely lost it
@@CatherineLaSalle likewise, darling, heâs a goat for a reason
best reaction on the internet !
When I saw Hayden Christensen as Anakin I lost my absolute crap.
Reva couldnât have chosen a worse moment to try and kill Vader. But it gave us one hell of an epic Vader scene.
Me seeing Hayden in this episode "I want more but I know I shouldn't".
That was a great episode! :)
