In order:
1961 - 1971
1986 - 1989
1989 - 1991
1991 - 1993
1993 - 2001
2001 - 2004
P/s: Why I didn't do from 2004 and onwards?
Because this has been merged with ITV News, and I don't want to do that because I don't like new ITV (October 2002 onwards).
However, Channel TV News and London News will be 2 of these has ITV News 2004 onwards.

I always loved the 1993-2001 theme - the one I remember growing up with. Interestingly it is available on Spotify and Apple Music as 'News Stand' by Paul Rayner-Brown and David Britten!
2:41 Sounds like a medical drama intro.
Your missing the 1970s / early 80s titles/ tune. Used in HTV & Southern areas also. The music from this era defined Lookaround for me.
Edward, the theme for lookaround was called telegraph house by keith papworth. just type in on google keith papworth and telegraph house and it should show telegraph house- de wolfe production music click on that and you will get the full theme . Hope that helps.
The first one sounded like seeburg type music.

This has always seemed like the most dismal ITV region (behind Anglia)
Anglia made quite a contribution to the ITV network, programmes like Survival, Sale of the Century, Tales of the Unexpected etc... i can only remember Mr & Mrs coming from Border TV.
