Fasiculus are basically tracts of nerve fibre that carry particular sensation to brain.
Lemiscus means the tract of nerve fibre in brain stem which has already decuusated at 2nd order neuron level
Or simply we can say that lemniscus are second order neuron which are decussated

Sir Jitni Neuroanatomy humne padhi hai... Hume sirf itna pta hai.. ki Fasiculi and leminisci are another words for tract... some tracts are called as Fasiculi and some of them are called as Leminisci.....
Is there any difference between these terms..???

Tract is called leminisci (1)when they Decussate in Brain stem actually (2) they are second order neuron ,and fasiculus is another specific term for tracts in spinal cord Becoz they carry particular type of information to higher centres, actually fasiculus means round and leminisci means ribbon shaped.
