Presidential Alert/Wireless Emergency Alert/EAS Test Announcement, October 03, 2018

This is the announcement that was made at 2:20 PM EDT, just after the Wireless Emergency Alert System was tested for the first time, recorded from WCBS FM 101.1 HD1 in New York City. Note that this was recorded from the digital (hd1) feed, but the low bitrate artifacts in this announcement are still clearly audible.
