- I recently got sent a video of someone injecting using the 4mm needle technique. In this video I explain the best angle of entry for this technique, how to use this technique safely to lower the risk of bruising and injury and demonstrate this on a 3D digital model so that you can see all of this in action under the skin.
This video helped me grasp some commentary on your video regarding temporal and glabella dermal filler technique in relation to aspiration.
Fantastic, thank you.
By far, one of the most in-depth down to earth doctors/mentors ever. Absolutely love Tim's and Amanda's content 🤍everything is so much more clear once Dr tim not only explains but actually demonstrates too👌🤍
I’m newly qualified to this I get bad anxiety when someone wants lips doing , I do always aspirate each injection to be safe but I need to get rid of anxiety of think in the worse 😅 xxx❤
Thanks a lot for this learning more and more
Thank you Dr Tim, love all your videos 💕
Hi Dr Tim, have you done a video on using botox for nose thinning [bunny lines], and alar flare botox?
Helpful
Thank you as always dr. Tim....What I do when I do this bullous which is not in all cases, of course, is that I go directly where that needle is but from an angular approach from the middle of the lip and raise the tissue with my needle after aspiration then put that bullous. . . What do you think dr. Tim
Yes, I like the little raise!
Hi,
Thank you for all your advices.
Why do you use a needle ? A cannula isn't more safe ?
So helpful
Great thanks 🌹🌹🌹
Lütfen türkçe alt yazı olsun.. Teşekkür ederim 🙏🌺🌺
Where did you find a 4mm needle?
4mm are mostly used for mesotherapy, they also tend to be a 32G. They can be purchased online and come in a box of 100. Myself personally, I do not like to use them as it can be difficult for the product to come out and if to much pressure is used the needle head can come shooting of causing a lot of product lose.
Instant filler mustache
If you mean the result of forcing a column of filler into the vermilion border in a channel above the muscle, I totally agree!
Absolute nonsense as always ..
Still unable to debate as always
@DrTimPearce you still making a living off the back of other people? Happy to debate anytime.. put your nonsense to bed
@talkingfaces7545 wow. I'll take you up on that.Whereverr I go I can't move for gratitude from the people who want to learn from someone who doesn't sell their soul to corporations, they are grateful for someone who shares reasoning. I'm not right on everything, but at least I'm thinking it through.
I will debate you on aspirating or the 4mm needle, which exists mainly as a party trick to sell filler.
I will ask my team to contact you for a date and time.
@DrTimPearce apart from your constant spam emails for your shitty courses.. what have you contributed to aesthetics..?? What reasoning do you provide ?? Your party trick is watching others move science forward and jump on the bandwagon in your garden shed with your 12 year olds haircut ?? Happy to allow your TEAM to contact me Timothy
