Miss Dior was my teenage/early 20s perfume choice. J’adore is my every day choice now that I’m 30. Love it! I feel like Dior grows with you.
The first perfume I ever fully loved was miss Dior Cherie when I was probably around 7 (I still have it!), when my mum had a set of Dior minis (miss dior cherie, jadore, addict, one of the poisons and i cannot remember the last one- she only just threw away the box this year which i would have loved to have kept ): ) and I was so obsessed with the little stoppers and how she lined them up on her dressing table! one of my biggest memories growing up was watching my mum getting ready for a night out, putting Dior addict on, that she would save for special occasions, then giving me a big hug before leaving.
the classic Miss Dior is wonderful....I'm talking the original. SO MUCH nicer than the new Miss Dior. I'm a young woman but I tend to like "older lady" classics. Obsessed with it!!
My fav Dior is Dolce Vita! Always leaves the room wondering and asking out loud, who is wearing that fantastic perfume, they can’t place it because it’s not very common in the US, but they love it.
Another fav is Dune which is soooo different from Dolce Vita. I think both are very bold profiles in their own way.
My first designer perfume was Dioressence which I loved....I have had a few diferent Diors since including Poison, Hypnotic Poison and Addict however since about 2005 I find them a bit overpriced and not so long lasting. Even my favourite Dior Hypnotic Poison has been reformulated and is not the same.The new ones have no real sillage or lasting power....such a shame x

I love this format of your perufume house reviews! My most favorite Dior fragrance is Ambre Nuit from the Maison Dior line. But if I were to pick from the regular designer house, I would pick hypnotic poison. If you had to choose between Dior and Chanel for fragrances (overall), what would you pick?

My favorite Dior perfume is Pure Poison. Such a beautiful white floral! Love it so much. Least favorite would probably be Poison Girl. It's not a bad scent, just not up to Dior standards. Smells more like your typical Victoria's Secret candy sweet perfume.

One of my absolute favorites besides miss Dior Cherie, was dolce vita. Such an elegant classy scent that my mom used to wear. Since they’ve discontinued it she’s gone back to wearing Sisley eau du soir mostly. They also discontinued givenchy Dhalia Noir L’eau which was one her her favorites. It is getting harder and harder to shop for her!! You should make a video of the best perfumes for moms lol
Miss Dior launched in 1947... I love the original it is a beautiful Chypre ...I worked for them for 7 years back in the 80s and 90s it was my signature fragrance for nearly 10 years ...I also loved the original Poison, ... Dior alway made very well blended and classy fragrances...along with my other fave house Chanel ...

I tend to go for strong scents, because weaker versions just disappear on me. This is not just amnosia because my man confirms it. Adore Dior Hypnotic ( 2 sprays, and it’s a EDT!!!!, so strong and lasting), Poison Girl is a new favorite and waiting to sample Pure poison.

I didn’t buy the Blooming Bouquet, Rose N Rose, Dior Addict, any of the Hypnotic Poison and Poison Girl. I want to try the Dior Addict with the blue bottle and gold top with tonka bean. Sephora still sells it online. I really enjoy Absolutely Blooming. It last over 16+ hours on me. I didn’t buy the newer Miss Dior EDT and Le Parfum. I have the 2013 Miss Dior EDT and Le Parfum that were discontinued (these smelIs like Coco Mademoiselle Intense 🥰💗). I do want to buy the Miss Dior Hair Mist.
J’Adore is my favorite! I enjoy the original Miss Dior but I’m not a fan of the flankers like Blooming Bouquet and Absolutely Blooming. Hypnotic Poison is good but it’s a weird one for me. I like it, I think it has a cool different scent, but it’s just not for me.
Can you do a review on The 7 Virtues? And maybe other "clean" brands.

I love Pure Poison, I‘m not very into Hypnotic and Addict. Midnight Poison was so beautiful, I own a decant. I also used to like the green Poison.
Tendre Poison! Oh, how I miss that one! I wish they would bring it back.
My favorite Dior is Dolce Vita (always & forever :) ) and this summer I’ve been in love with Eden-Roc, too expensive for its longevity but I adore the scent.

My number one from Dior should be hypnotic poison however the new reformulation doesn’t last at all and seems very weak to me so I can’t say I like that very much. Poison girl edp is probably my favourite ❤️

Poison girl unexpected is in my opinion the Best perfume ever. It just describes myself. Its such a warm and intense smell...it smells like Winter and i LOVE winter😍
Dior addict is my favorite for a date night ❤️ I want hypnotic poison 🥰 I’m not into perfumes described as ‘fresh’ , I have soap for that. Lol give me sexy or fruity scents any day 👏❤️

The history of the Miss Dior perfume is so interesting, I believe that it was actually named after Christian Dior’s sister, which I think is so lovely ❤️
I loved wearing the original Poison back in the 1980s, but I couldn't wear it now! It seems one-dimensional: It hits you with everything straight away, and stays the same throughout the day. It just smells stale by the evening! I'm now a Chanel convert!

I have poison girl unexpecterr, it was my first Dior perfume and I love it. It doesn't last too much, I mean it gets from moderate sillage to skin tone in 30 minutes. It's eau de toilette, not perfume, but I still expected it to last longer

My favorite miss dior is 2017s one edp and then the edt from 2019.And Pure poison is my white floral favorite from all brands.
I am back to wearing Dune, as I did in the 90s. It's pure magic: warm, sexy, transparent, ever so slightly sweet but not cloying. Dune does not smell anything like a beach to me; it's rich and deep but not overwhelming. Gorgeous and wearable day or evening.
Dune is lovely and doesn't remind me of the beach either (I live near a beach). Looks like Dune is discontinued now, though the Dior SA I was chatting with about it a few weeks ago never mentioned it despite me spraying it and saying I'd probably buy it again soon. I stopped wearing it in favour of Addict. I find Addict to be similar DNA with the warm notes replaced with cold.

Hypnotic poison EDP and EDT has been my favourite since it came out (my signature scent) I like Dior addict ( mostly pre reformulation) don’t mind Dolce Vita. I could give or take Jadore and hated the miss Dior original. However, I really like jadore in joy and someone bought me miss Dior absolutely blooming and I like that too 🤔🤔🤔 I quite like midnight poison but that was discontinued. I will always be a hypnotic poison addict and always get complimented on it. Thanks for the video 💜
I heard that the pink bottle of montale is a dupe of miss Dior cherie, so maybe you like that fragrance

I’ve been using hypnotic poison for over 20 years as it’s my favourite of all time. I have both EDP and ETD. The EDP lasts forever x

There have been changes since this video. All the Miss Dior perfumes now have poor longevity except for absolutely blooming
I am old enough to remember the Dior fragrances before reformulation & the new ones are a poor copy. Luckily I have collected vintage ones over the years & they still smell gorgeous. My favourite of all time Dior-Dior was discontinued after a short run in the seventies & now demands a high price on the market. I still have some but use it sparingly lol.

Omg I just used a sample of Dior Joy today and I agree with you! I expected a lot more but it smells like a safe, inoffensive perfume 😬 Pretty sure you can get the same kind of smell for a lot less money. Not sure about lasting power. I used up the whole sample and can barely smell it :/

Do you know if they’ve changed the Miss Dior Eau de Parfum quite recently?? I always loved it for my office, but suddenly it smells like bug spray to me😳I thought it was just a bad bottle, but I got two other ones and they smelled the same😝

Love Dior Cherie (the original) Dior addict (original only)-the reformulated version is mwah & weak Miss Dior le parfum is my favourite & J'adore L'Or
I have midnight poison elixir but not sure if I love it doesn't last long on the skin the same with hypnotic poison edp its reformulation isn't like the original I used to love hypnotic poison not so much now
Dior Addict EDT (one with the yellow juice) is a beautiful white floral fragrance. Try it. I am too surprised to see not a single review about that here on CZcams.

My favorite perfume house! First Dior was Addict in 2003, pre area. Never smelled anything like it. Then J’adore followed, Hypnotic Poison which is so popular now but I didn’t get compliments back then. Miss Dior EDT had the most compliments on. I’m going to try Blooming bouquet in a roller for Spring.

My mother and grandmother love Diorissimo! I think its still sold online but it has been reformulated. I havent smelled it but my mother swears its a pure lilly of the valley smell.

MY FAVE is DIOR ADDICT EDP & HYPNOTIC POISON EDT.. Sooooo Yummy :-) I'm thinking about blind buying DIOR PURE POISON.. DO U think it's nice.. possibly a summer fragrance.. also have a mini, Dior J'Adore.. I'm liking it.. not used to wearing Florals BUT it's pretty and growing on me every time I test it
Pure poison is also a floral. It is definitely lighter that what you have so yes could be good for summer

If you love white florals like jasmine, gardenia, and orange blossom, then I highly recommend Pure Poison. It is not only my favorite Dior perfume, but also one of my favorite perfumes of all times. Am on at least my third bottle of it..100 ml.

I received absolutely blooming yesterday and thought it was too sweet but decided to try it anyway and it dried down to smell like men’s deodorant on me 😭😭😭
I live Dior addict though, smells very citrusy on me which is interesting as everyone says it’s got a lot of vanilla in it.

My favourite from Dior is Miss Dior Eau Fraiche launch in 2012. It has this quiet elegance aura about it. Too bad it has been discontinued.

I hate Dior's 'blooming bouquet'. It's the most famous perfume in Dior, but I don't like the scent of flowers, so....it was really bad to me 😂 And it had a common cheap scent 😑😑

Dior Hypnotique used to be the strongest EDT I have ever tied. I now here it’s been reformulated and dosen’t last as long. I still have a lot left, from before they changed it, so will use it more sparingly.It now comes in EDP but has different notes. I haven’t tried the EDP or the new EDT.

If you think Hypnotic Poison is strong you haven’t smelled Alexandria II.
I have a 3/4 full bottle of christian dior dolce vita etd that cost me a bomb and smells like a packet of fruit tingles i have stored in my cleavage on a hot afternoon ... Its the first and only bottle i have ever bought from this house. Im still angry about what it cost, it was a blind buy.
