Love to hear and see your reactions - by "your" I mean our black brothers and sisters in music - music is music - no matter what the genre. I just subbed - 6/27/21. My husband, my youngest and I were visiting our eldest daughter for Easter during her first year away at college. After supper we were talking music đŸŽ¶ and we realized that our girls hadn't heard this song. Was a major song prior to my husband and I meeting and knew that it carried emotions from my love's first marriage. No matter what personal message it may carry....it's universal man! Still remember sitting at the kitchen table at our little one's first apartment, listening to this. Gotta say.....everyone felt emotion. Close to the bone my friend. đŸ˜œđŸ’‹đŸŽ¶
