Great Content! I am new to development and currently working my first project - a subdivision of 18 single family homes in Vancouver Canada. This is very useful, I wish I had a geo-report done before I purchase this property. I didn't know this and when my architect ask me what fountain are we going for, I had no idea. I have to order a geo-report now and the turn over time is 2 month. I am way behind my schedule for completion. Thanks for posting it and I am looking forward to watch more videos.
