This looks amazing. So I gotta ask, what is Rockstar's excuse to not do something like this? If regular mod communities can pump out stuff of this quality, what is their excuse?
Either Rockstar just had no desire to do so, which is fine because it is their project & it's already rich with content story mode alone.
Or GTA Online is just that big of a cash cow. From a business stand point, why spend money & development on one game, when everyone is still eating up your previous game. Sucks for RDR2 fans, but Rockstar still wins 🤷🏿♂️.

@@anons000 Something like this wouldn't be intensive for Rockstar, if a few ppl can do it. But most of this is just altered game code or cut content that was dug up.
Rockstar would have to make a story, re-hire the voice actors, redo the motion capture etc. Could they do it? Absolutely. But maybe they had other plans, or got just lazy with the GTA Online money.
