My artwork is removed cause of yoga soulsafe trademark but I checked trademarkia and it showed nothing then why is my artwork removed? 😭
And does it effect the shop?
@@manask369 I’ve heard that sites like that may not be entirely reliable, but I don’t know much about them. If it’s reported, someone at least believes they have the rights. You can refute them, but it’s best to only refute if you know 100% it’s not copyrighted. It will only affect your shop if you are getting things taken down regularly or are re-uploading what was taken down. Best to just use it as a learning experience. You should be fine! Good luck!
@@manask369 Did you check the trademark in every country Red Bubble sells to? If a trademark is noticed or reported and it is trademarked in a country RB sells to then it is a violation. You cannot cater to only your home country bc the platform sells international and trademark laws in those counties are unforced on sales within those countries so they apply to RB and thus to your shop. You might get away with this for a while if the trademark is not in your home country because you might be marketing more locally and I do believe you did not do this intentionally do anything wrong but Nothing in your shop should be trademarked in any country that your shop sells to.

12:40 How do I put padding on a transparent background picture? I've been thinking about this. have I overlooked a setting for spacing?
What program are you using? You should be able to increase the canvas size of the image.
This is going to teach me to make very girly cutesy sticker packs OK FINE
What is your opinion on defaulting products? I make the occasional product intended for stickers, but usually choose "Optimized (recommended)" as the default product option.

Hey, I'm new to your channel - and Redbubble. You probably talk about that somewhere, but let me ask you anyway. Is it generally more advisible to chose default products for each art instead of letting it set to "optimized"?
Hi! So it really depends, but generally you would want to optimize it.
Although, in some circumstances, it'll work just fine defaulted.
