I am Lauren. My job is beneath me. Im overqualified and am several times more productive and accurate at it than almost all of my colleagues and receive roughly equivalent pay. I get very frustrated wiping the asses of temps and incompetent coworkers day in day out and can become irritable. Im far too valuable for management to do much of anything about this. If you think im gonna be a cheery happy person when Im forced to do your job and mine you can get fuckt.
At least the job is easy, low stress, pays alright and has top tier benefits. But fuck is it a grind.
