Just saw the movie and Jonathan Majors performance was amazing. I knew an ex-con that worked with me at a restaurant a few years ago and their mannerisms were very similar, the way he ate at the diner where Adonis took him those little things were so perfectly executed by Majors.

People forget Kenny was nice at what was the start of a guard focused era. Not a-lot of starting guards that couldn’t play their position fundamentally. Asking him for 4/5 free throws was a joke. He’d easily hit 20 in a row off muscle memory even at his age.

Given how many actors look painfully bad trying to play sports in movies (and especially in basketball, because it's harder to fake a jumper than a juke or a punch), it's refreshing to see two actors with really solid shooting strokes.
It's not.
You probably just know basketball more than boxing
Both have decent shooting form, better than even some NBA players. But the Jonathan Majors shooting form is pretty smooth.
