As an amateur with woodworker, i typically feel overpowered with the entire arrangement czcams.com/users/postUgkxrYREG3-7f1Aqk9ams3ZESRNzGnfdUtyQ . Be that as it may, this arrangements drove me through with much clarity and effortlessness woodplans. Works i now work like a genius. That is great!

6:36 you can't be serious...
😬
Yeah, a _lot_ of these were absolutely horrible.
Ahahahaha
Don't worry he'll just pour the entire factoies worth of wood glue on it
My woodwork teacher would have smashed that jointing up because of the gaps. Then smashed me up for producing cr@p.
I agree 100%. Shoddy workmanship all the way through this video.
czcams.com/video/m0TxTmYtWAY/video.html
@@MaryAnnNytowl it depends on the purpose of the finished project... in this particular case, the gaps show off what was being done, and are thus useful to the project. In most cases, you would indeed fix those gaps, here we want them for display purposes.
@@warmasterdorn no it shows that he half assed a bunch of joints to throw together a video that shows people the improper way to do it. Now someone who just saw those joints for the first time will forever think there are supposed to be gaps
1:34 i died when the distributor ends up being slanted.
czcams.com/video/m0TxTmYtWAY/video.html
Shit I didn't even notice that. 7:50 had me rolling when the piece of wood came onscreen and they immediately miss the mark on the first cut

@@falcfire3093 lol that joint is by far the worst I've ever seen on youtube.
😮... BRUXARIA !!!
Shouldn't you drill a hole before putting a screw in the wood so it won't split
czcams.com/video/m0TxTmYtWAY/video.html
Yes if it’s thin wood or near the edges. Not necessary in large piece in center
@@308dad8 2 inch wood still split
@@FrodorCat do you mean 1.5” wood split? Were you screwing into the narrow side? Normally unless it’s too dry or the fastener too big it doesn’t split going through the larger side, so a “2x6” would split with a #18 screw width wise but the larger 5.5” section normally would take it without issue. Of course there are some issues with wood quality like moisture content or knots but that’s why I said normally not always. If you have little to do go ahead and drill pilots but you still need plenty meat left for the threads to bite into
I just drill a hole that's what I learned
Lovely look
wow personally I've never seen this before, thanks for the video it's very helpful
And the video was oddly satisfying to watch
I’m going to take the right angled electrical drill into consideration because at work we do indoor kids play areas with windows and that tool could make life a whole lot easier

That sander would never hold paper. Unless it's a detail sander where you're not putting pressure down. Those binder clips have no grip when they're mostly at rest.

I can't understand how to cut under half of the sphere;;
Apperantly, you drill a pilot hole completely through the wood, then use it to drill half ways from both sides.
They straight up faked one 4:05 you can see on the very bottom of the wood that it's edited

What do the gradual drilling for? To make a joint of those two?
I believe it is called a dowel joint. It makes a very strong connection, but by far not the strongest.

Whatd you use to make the ball?
It was fake
@@fathippo3518 no, there's a special drill bit to form that. It's just one of multiple specialized tools used here that are neither named nor described.
There's a specialist type of drill bit used for it. I can't recall what it's called right now, but don't listen to the Pyrite Phoenix that lied and said it was fake.

Forget everything you saw in this video. Most of it was bullshit and shouldnt be done if you want a strong joint. A couple were good but im not going to torture myself by rewatching it to tell you timestamps
A rare gem. Actually useful hacks.

5:20 hey yooooo
It's impossible to do ball like that. To do that you need to drill on both sides.
Yep! Guess they left that step out on purpose to try to make that tool seem more awesome or something... LOL!
Cool🤯🤯

Are you using it? The perfect circle from is amazing!
Ah this reminds me of something the old man always said... "just because you can, doesn't mean you should"
Half of these ideas while "smart".. seem useless over all
some of this stuff is nice looking, but impractical and isn't done with maximum stability for the wood. but these people aren't carpenters, as you can tell when the use a sheet metal screw to try and drill into wood at an angle

@@MaryAnnNytowl ok
Lol you can see the photoshop on the bottom left corner 4:00 , and also what would the tip of the nail have to do with the expansion of the wood, you’ll need to use a thinner nail
It changes how It forms the fibers of the nail, look up a video of round nails vs wedge nails. Mostly the difference is it breaks and pushes down the fibers of the wood for the flat tip rather then the round nail which instead pushes the fibers to the sides causing pressure inside the wood making it prone to split especially near edges
@@silverwolvez thanks for letting me know, it does make sense now that you mention it. He still photoshopped lol 😂
