Same like mine, if I fly in urban , will get around 600-800m range, if I fly around sea shore, will get about 1000-1500m range

MrBojack Jackson that was my first drone. Old trusty Bebops. Then I got a Mavic Pro & was mind blown.✈️

@@theurbanartist775 I suppose if you aren't above any water, remotely close to a airport or helicopter landing pad for emergency landing use only no matter, or don't mind your personal data being tossed around like bird feed.

@Latvian Bass yes it has a return home after disconnection feature .. u can adjust the ammount of time it sits there while disconnected before it returns home .. it comes stock set @ 30 seconds which is a little too longer for my liking .. when people do long distance runs an have a black out most people panic like heck lol .. then they see the connection coming back after it realizes to go home .. ( I prefer to go into the settings an Change it to 5 -10 seconds because why wait 30 n take the chance of something further happening ) it’s scary when u have a drone almost 3,000 feet away from u an it disconnects .. most people think it’s gonna just fall out the sky an they lose it but that’s why they put the setting in there

Did the drone automatically return 'home' when it went out of range?

I know this is a ancient thread, but just in case you don't know still, I will tell you my experience, I was flying urban, and my camera cut off, but the controller was still paired, at this point I was freaking out, so I flew it up super high, and hit return home. After waiting for a bit, I decided to go in the direction it cut off, so I go inside to grab my shoes, then, I hear a noise, high in the air, sure enough, the drone was waiting outside for me like a loyal dog. I lowered it and not even a scratch, I gotta say, the return to home is where it's at.
