रनवे निर्माणमा भ्रस्टाचार || Runway Corruption ! EP-11

Six months ago, Ground Zero requested a construction details from the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN). When our request went unanswered for a significant amount of time, we exercised our legal right to file an official complaint with the National Information Commission. As a result of our complaint, CAAN has finally provided the project report for the development of the runway. The report reveals that one section of the runway was constructed using a technique that involves stacking eleven layers of soil and other materials.
ग्राउन्ड जिरोले पोखरा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलको रनवे निर्माण सम्बन्धी रिपोर्ट खोजेको आधा वर्ष भयो। अन्ततः कानुनले दिएको अधिकार प्रयोग गर्दै हामीले सूचना आयोगमा उजुरी दियौँ। अहिले बाध्य भएर नेपाल नागरिक उड्डयन प्राधिकरणले रनवे निर्माण सम्बन्धी प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध गराएको छ। रिपोर्टमा के छ ? मात्र ३ दिनमा रनवेका ११ लेयर फिल गर्ने काम सकिएको थियो।
