    This is really nice. Ive been cooking since i was 8 years old. Was taught by my great grandmother, my grandparents and parent's. I taught my son as well from an early age. Cooking is an art and my background is Indian, chinese and Spanish so ive learnt alot. Its really a blessing when things are handed down from generation to generation.     Sautéed onions, garlic and pimento smells so good. Sometimes I haven't started fully cooking and my mother will say that dish smelling good. 😂😂😂

    Bess cutting skills with that 'Chinee Chopper'. Will try putting my garlic in later in this process. I usually put it in first to 'bun de garlic" then remove it and chop it as fine as possible and return to the pot.

    We need to be aware that not all mummies and grannies cook well so you become accustomed to bad food and set that as your standard. One needs to broaden the horizons and experience things. The wine that is rated highly by conniseurs is hated by a non wine lover
