Family and Children's Service's expanded mobile outreach will target various locations throughout Tulsa, bringing mental health support and essential services directly to the heart of communities. This initiative is part of a broader effort by FCS and Vandoit to address the mental health crisis and provide support to the homeless and other vulnerable populations.
