This conference center was the former conference Rochas Okorocha but why did Uzodimma destroy it to build a new one that is lack of vision destroying a model standard building to build another that's rubbish

Why design a residential house and call it a conference center? I understand that it is expensive to construct a befitting world-class conference center but they would have done better than what is in the picture.
Every state are building one useless conference centre or the the due to profound lack of leadership idea and white elephant projects that they can use to plunder the resources with over bloated budget. How would the conference centre help to generate revenue, who are the targeted audience? Why not build medium to small scale industries to employ people and create a sustainable value chain. Those conferences will be brought to Lagos or Abuja not any southeastern state.

I am from Imo State, rochas did a poor job. That ICC that Rochas built was china made, it was falling apart, at one point it rained and almost half of the roof and some blocks were gone. Rochas is a smooth criminal .
