Jenn, excellent video making everything clear. Just one question. I have a slideshow prepared to upload. The Intro Screen, the first slide, to me would make a nice thumbnail. It's simple, clean, and show the title clearly. It would catch your eye right away among all the busy thumbnails. How can I make that my thumbnail. I understand that if I don't chose one, CZcams's going to pick a random frame for me. Is there a way to avoid that? Thanks in advance.

I almost always add background music to my videos which I get from sites like FREE MUSIC ARCHIVE, FREESOUND, etc.. The sites I use often say I can use the music so long as I show attribution, which I always do either within the video with a text overlay in post production or at the end. Lately, however, I've been getting notices from CZcams which say they've detected a copyright claim and that a portion of the musical background will be muted. It never is and the alert also mentions that only I can see the alert. What's up with that? I respect musicians, never want to steal their work, and if they allow me to use it by simply giving them credit in the video, I'm happy to do that. So why is CZcams flagging the video, yet letting it be viewed unaltered?

Hello Jen (or anyone else on this platform),
I’m new to CZcams, having just uploaded my first video this past Monday. Thank Jenn for this post it guided me through the process.
Unfortunately the device I used is my phone and for some reason, the phone doesn’t give me all the editing options listed on your post. Can you (or someone suggest a good but inexpensive laptop that I can purchase to use when editing, art videos to be posted on CZcams.
Alternatively if in-fact all the editing options are available on a phone or tablet can you point me towards where I may learn to use it more thoroughly.

Hi Jenn, I did all the steps you've shown. However the Private setting with the link, is not working. I've tested it over and over and I can not get it to work. I tried it to my google email address and it said "video is private" I am confused as to this one aspect. I can do the Unlisted and it works fine. However, I'd like it to only work with the link. Hi Jenn, this is my first attempt to upload a musical video but when i clicked on the camera with a plus sign in the center to upload video, I get a different screen which shows on top left "You'll appear", in the center, Upload picture, Below the upload picture, two rows: Name, which has my name and second row, Handle, looks like a password.
