Damn, 55k for the pool. I can't even touch something like that for under 100K where I live. I'm assuming pools are way more common out there so probably more competitive pricing.
This was in 2020 so prices were before the inflation of the last 4 years. Probably costs about 80,000k for the same pool now. Where do you live?
