Lots of cool history here...2Pac, The Outlaws, Suge, and the Dogg Pound had an iconic party here in January 1996.....WWF (at the time) wrestlers used to swing by all the time when they were on the road as well......Tyson was rarley there after 1996..He paroled here in 1995 out of prison....He lived primarley in Vegas from there after...I'm assuming this was a good location to stay out of trouble and train/focus for upcoming fights..and yes..Don King had a training center close by.

It's a beautiful location , it is actually the busiest street in Southington . When I went, they were still remodeling into a church , A Stingray Corvette was For Sale in the driveway. There are way too many churchgoers and construction workers to get in without confrontation

The whole thing is ugly and outdated and a lot of wasted space. Of course it was a 30 year old design
