The only good thing that came with the whole Audio phase was Patrick's hair tbh lol. Magnetic wasn't a bad song as well, actually pretty catchy but this look was not working out for me. So happy they went back to their original sound for Say yes ❤️️

It's honestly one of the biggest mysteries in music. I mean the label they were with at the time has no evidence it was ever there outside of this video, they (B5) never mention A.U.D.I.O neither does Akon, there never was an album but there are about 10-15 songs they did.

tr y It’s hard to explain because this happened a while ago and B5’s history isn’t heavily recorded. But from what I can remember, B5 got dropped from Diddy’s label. Then they became “Audio” but the manager they got was stealing copious amount of money from them. I forgot his name but he was in many of their USTREAMS. If I’m not mistaken, this video was made under him. So the use of this video/music/and the Audio name officially would make the crooked manager money. I believe B5 is under Motown now so that is why they can go back and use “B5” as their name again.
I wish I would’ve recorded and wrote down more of their history. It’s all tragic, sad, but influential. I grew up with their music.

This was a throwback sample from 80's electro Freak-a-zoid song by Midnight Star. The A&R who worked with B5, I know personally and can tell you he is a genius for trying to move them in this direction at the time. The video by Hype Williams and Choreography was paying homage. If you understand how the 80's electro scene was pivotal to today's current hip hop music, you'd appreciate the song so much more. This project never really took off and released anyways, and as you can tell by the comments... a lot of people appreciate it, even if it doesn't fit B5's style but just goes to show their versatility.
