I'm curious about the variety of seat designs and the difference between... I like a motorcycle style comfy seat but not all of them are the same, and you probably can't pedal that much.
We have a bicycle seat and a moto seat, both are suitable for pedaling. For what purpose are you looking for an e-bike?

I'm definitely going to buy one but I'm concerned on where to buy extra batteries and parts for this bike if it was too break on me and I want both sets of the premium side boxes the shade side boxes and the bulky square side boxes but it doesn't have a option to order both I'm unsure where to buy them separately just in case I wanna switch between both sets of side boxes and the cargo trailer isn't on you're website but i really wanna buy both sets of the boxes and don't know where to order them separately

Does Delfast have a distributor here in the Philippines? Given the high probability of transmission of coronavirus in enclosed spaces, public transport is risky. This electric bike will be a good alternative for commuters here in Metro Manila.

Does it qualify to be registered as a motorcycle in the US? Here states usually limit ebikes to 28mph on the streets for some dumb reason. (Maybe because it needs to be registered as a motorcycle?) Please confirm, as I'd like to buy one this year.

I wasn't able to find specs on the 3.0, but the best source I could find states that the Prime 2.0 version with 3.3 kwh battery is good for ~245 miles in ECO mode (9-13 mph) and probably closer to 125 miles at a speed of 20 mph.

@@marcleroux2500 I bought and paid in full for one in September and have yet to receive it customer support has been pretty much non existent and nobody can tell me where my bike is not them not the shipping company just watch out I'm from Canada also I'm about to do chargeback through PayPal because I've been asking what happened to my bike for around close to 3 months ever since UT go sent to there shipper and they screwed me on the discount for doing the survey they said in writing do the survey and we will give you credit for accessories when I asked about the credit afterwards they said they will not honor what they said in writing

Top 3.0 is class 3 electric bike. You can ride 28 mph inside the city and 50 mph offroad. If you register your ebike in DMV as scooter or motorcycle then you will be able to ride 50 mph in the city with M1 driving licence , registration number and insurance.

@@Delfastbikes Sadly no elevator. It's about 20 steps up to my apartment. My last ebike I was able to bring it up the stairs on its rear tire. But the bike only weight 80lbs.

I'm in canada bought one cash no financing in September and have yet to receive it and get basically no help from customer support I've already talked with PayPal if my bike doesn't show up next week they will do a charge back so I will receive a refund in full and they will take it out of any money they have sitting in PayPal and they can fight it out with PayPal
Just be smart I'm not the only one this is happening to either

@@Delfastbikes my bike was finished in November and sent to a warehouse to be shipped months ago I have spoke with the shipper they don't even know where it currently is I understand the pandemic is happening but thats not the issue when you're bike was made in November and you have yet to receive it if I were you guys I would be sitting down with some people who actually run these kinds of operations our side of the world you will not succeed in North America by how you guys are operating at this moment
Nobody is gonna hand you over the kind of money you guys are asking and find this acceptable and to be clear my contract says I will have delivery of it by 12 weeks at max let's just be clear on that and why did you guys tell me if I take the survey I could use that money for accessories I have it in writing from youre people who run customer support and then when I ask to use it you tell me that you can't after you agreed to it in writing ? Why when I search and around and ask others there are quite a few people with the same story is mine we are rooting for yah as a company but you have to do better and keep youte word

182Nm of torque? That a lie if I've ever heard one. I mean my kawasaki ninja with 144 hp (105kw) produce a maximum torque of 101Nm.. I know brushless power is pretty nuts for what it is, I have a 6s rc truck (thing is insane) and a little 2000w brushless goped wich is somewhat equivalent to a 50cc vespa. But if this has a peak output of 5000 watts, I find it hard to believe it has almost twice the torque as my ninja at 105kw (thats 105 000 watts! ). I call BS and I'd love to hear someone try justify the numbers. ;)
