To fix the fluctuations in the leds, check what hz your electricity network runs at usually 50 or 60hz and use a multiple of that for your shutterspeed

I might be a little late here,
but a little tip that might help incase you didn't find out yourself shutter speed should be double your frame rate. so if you shooting at 24fps you want to shoot at 1/50th speed.
You might need to adjust according to the LEDs
