I think music has a completly different feel when you don't understand the lyrics. I remember how it was when I started to lern English and suddenly I understood the lyrics of the songs I heard. It definitely took some of the magic away...

@@orionzeden i think it's just exploring sounds that they enjoy. look at just about every band from norway at that time, the moment varg hit jail they all went different directions. not because he went to jail mind you, that's just a sort of time marker i'm using to give you an idea.
@@natolurker yeah that era of Norwegian black metal is insanely good, not just for Darkthrone and such. Bands that pushed the boundaries like Ulver, Fleurety, Dødheimsgard, In The Woods etc What a great time in music

Damn i wish i could speak norwegian, A simple sounding song but very in depth
I wouldn´t consider myself as a full germanic person because only my great grandfather was germanic and the rest of my family, although 100% european, are not blue eyed blonde... But I can understand what you say... this music awakes my true self... I can´t understand anything they say... but I feel like I want to stand up and start singing while I enjoy the cold snow under my feet and the cool breeze softly touching my face...
