OMG ARA!!!! I am speechless...I lost count of how many times I watched this video over the week! Every time I was stressed or upset, I would come back to this video and see all the love and care you put into preparing this letter for me, and it gave me something to look forward to! 😍
Please don’t worry about putting this off for so long, I totally get it and I’m very similar! I think most first-time pen pals always have this worry that they’re not doing it right, but as you will see from my letters, even long-time pen pals are still figuring it out as they go along! And this is what I love the most about exchanging letters...even if it’s not perfect, it’s still very much appreciated by your pen pal. And even if you’re not happy with it, well, at least you don’t have to look at it again! 😂
That being said, what you put together looks incredible!!! The perfume samples!! You must have come up with this brilliant idea by yourself because I’ve never seen anyone do this before!! Your perfumes look so nice (I am a huge fan of anything French) and I cannot wait to smell them! I will use your idea and send you some samples of my favorites, too! 🥰 And all the extras!!! You are so generous, Ara!! 💖 I noticed one sticker flake in particular that stood out and I will tell you more about it later...but it’s so coincidental and means so much to me. 🥰
I can tell, looking at everything that you’ve included, that you’ve really paid careful attention to all my long and never-ending comments!! 😂 I cannot explain how much this means to me...you are so perceptive and have figured me out so well in such a short amount of time, I’m amazed!! 😍 I will leave the rest of my thoughts for when I get the letter, but I just wanted to say thank you so much, Ara. Painting with nail polish!! Ara, it’s like you’re always able to dig into my mind, find things that I’ve been wondering about, and implement them on my behalf. Painting with makeup is one of those things! I always thought to myself, why do we paint portraits to make people look a certain way when we could just use makeup on the painting itself? It’s funny when you think about it...I also have “starting troubles” because I’m a perfectionist and there are all these ideas in my mind that I would never try out of fear (of failure, wasting time, or wasting materials) but somehow you’ve almost ended up doing things on my behalf and that makes me feel really grateful and calm, even if it wasn’t your intention. Today, I can go to bed content, knowing that you can use nail polish on paper and it works. 😂 Thank you for doing this Ara, even if you didn’t mean to do it for me specifically! 😛💕
Btw, I’ve never really been into New Year resolutions...for no real reason; I guess it just never really interested me. But I think yours are great, and it’s a good mix of things that seem small but have a big impact in the way you live your life. My favorite was “pay attention to language” because this one really made me laugh. Do you swear a lot, Ara? 😂 Ok, maybe you’re talking about language in general but I immediately had a thought of you swearing all over the place and it was such a cute, funny picture!! Sometimes we build up this very idealized version of people in our mind and forget that they are real people with many different, human sides. And I think this resolution just made you seem more “real” in that sense! Like Ara can be kind, gentle, thoughtful and the loveliest lady you’ll ever meet but she will bite your head off if you piss her off! 😂 I really love it, and I’m so excited to learn more about you and your different sides as we exchange letters!! 🥰❤️

I am so glad you like this video! Actually, I wanted to take a long penpal with me video, but it's my first time penpal and I couldn't take a separate video because I couldn't complete it then. I'm sorry for that😥 And you know from this video, my pen pal doesn't have a special theme :( I wanted to make a letter with a nice theme like everyone else, but I'm sorry for not being able to do that. The next time, I come up with a good idea, I'll make it with a cool theme! Thanks for liking the perfume sample! I was sure you would like perfume! Your nickname is Roseaoud too🌹 I wish the fragrance would remain until my envelope is delivered to you.
Oh, Roseaoud, I didn't actually have New Year resolutions until last year. Because I'm worried I'm disappointed myself if I didn't achieve it after I set up New Year resolutions. But this year, I have set up those are not great habits so that I could easily achieve haha🤣 And about language... Fuhaha😂😂 Actually, I'm not person who speaks only good language. Especially when I'm sitting next to my husband's seat when he's driving... lol😭 The road situation in Korea is terrible. But I really want to fix it. Yeh, you're right Roseaoud, sometimes we build up people in our mind and forget that they are real people with many different, human sides. I also have a lot of variety that can not be seen in my videos🤣 Thanks for understanding!

OMG a letter for dearest Roseaud. I love the little details. Like the q&a string that ties the paper tgt and also the perfume idea!!! And Omg ara... I love vividry’s music. Let me introduce u to another song of theirs to u, Come Out. I listen to it when I’m unhappy and it cheers me up. Also I totally get it for the things u said at the beginning, sometimes we are just so critical of ourselves especially on things we want to do well. Fighting ara! 아라님 영상 항상 잘 보고있어요♡ 개인적으로 궁금해서 그러는데 아라님께서는 문구같은거 (스티커, 스탬프, 메모지 등등) 살때 '아 이건 이렇게 쓰면 이쁘겠다' 하고 생각하며 구매하는 편인가요 아니면 '이쁘니까 사두면 쓰겠지' 하고 그냥 구매하시는 편인가요? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 너무 궁금했어요! :)

in your opinion for journals, would you prefer A5 or A6 ring-bound? :)
Actually, I prefer A6 binder😊Because it's small, I can finish quickly :)
@@ARALAND That's awesome, I thought the same thing, a lot of people use A5 but it sounds heavy to carry around 😊 did you know there's so many different sizes with binders? Then there's personal and standard sizes with different brands! 😮 I was so confused when I looked up the difference.
