Theoretically you are european country too. I hava a question to you. How it is with surnames in Kazakhstan, for me they sound russian (for example Muminov, Tkachenko, even Nazarbajew). Were surnames introduced when Kazakhstan was part of Russia?

When Kazakhstan was a colony of Russian Empire, they changed a lot of our traditions, religions(not at all), and the writing of names and surnames.

My Grandfather, who was a soldier of the Free France told to my mother that one of his much painful regrets is that they didn't help the poles, the balts and the others country under soviet rule.
