Yes, you can see it in the description below.. I have used rice 4cups : water 7cups, if u add more water the rice becomes more mushy or sticky, less water makes rice uncooked.. hope u find my comment useful 👍🙂

I have added 1+3/4th cup of water for 1 cup of rice

I just cook Basmati rise in Prestige stainless cooker 2 1/2 Rice added 4 cup water but I had only 1 Whistle and I stoped becsuse I smelled burning May be I kept the flame # 5 out of 10 the highest What do you think was the reason to burn my rice on the bottom of cooker?
Does Basmati rice takes same out of water? than long grain? Or it does not matter?
I have small Alluminum cooker and it never burnt my rice before
Or do you think I use another container inside my Cooker?
