So.. before starting the engine we put on PRI, after starting to ON. And if the bike is staying in the arage, we leave it on the ON position? The RES is in the case of lack of fuel only. Do i understand right?

PRI is for prime. You only use PRI when you either ran out of fuel entirely or cleaned the carbs. ON is for daily use and RES is that last lower level of the tank when you forgot to fill up ahead of time. 50KM approximately.
