- I found this amazing 1984 Ertl Airwolf helicopter at a local toy shop for $5, but it was very dirty and had a ton of dust/grime on it. I took a bunch of simple, household cleaning items and turned it from a barn find to a very nice display piece! It just goes to show you what a keen eye and some elbow grease can get you!
These sell for $70-100 carded, and about half that in great condition loose - so it was definitely a good find!

Congratulations, great buy on the Airwolf helicopter, I loved watching this show on Saturday morning.
$5‼️‼️‼️🤩 Fantastic! Great video 👌🏻
Huh, i have one of this!
This tiny model is by far the most accurate in general shape. Compared to model kits, the Aoshima, Ertl kits etc. Someone should upscale one!
I haven’t gotten my hands on a bigger scale version of this but I believe you. The only other one that I’d like to snag is the Japanese Hot Wheels Charawheels version as it looks like it’s pretty accurate too.
@@64Wheels it is, but ridiculously expensive! I have the Aoshima. In profile its great. Head on it seems a little squashed and squared off. Someone please do a better kit, die cast please! And Ill take a Blue Thunder too! Lol
Does anyone remember an airwolf toy from back in the day which was a fair bit bigger than this? It would roll across the floor then a stand would come out the bottom to lift it an inch or two in the air, it would spin 180 degrees and then roll back the other way? Cannot find any record of it anywhere.
Is that the Rough Riders version?
Anyone know where I could purchase the airwolf decals/ transfers from
That I’m not sure of 🤔
