I think school is what you make of it. I went to public schools growing up, granted things were significantly different, and I didnât ever end up in prison. I think nowadays things are harder for kids in school, especially with all the social media, advancing technology, and immoral propaganda and curriculum thatâs pushed in school systems. Itâs our responsibility as parents to provide structure for our children, and protect them from the evils of the world. Hopefully we can keep our children on the right path of life.

Youâre absolutely correct. As a former educator I have seen the sprouting up of prisons that were tied to children in low income school zones. How children performed in school had a big impact on how many new prisons were built.

This needs more nuance. Getting an education and having organization aren't inherently BAD things. It's the lack of training for fundamental needs in life (as you mentioned) and the crappy ideology that gets pushed through that should NOT be. There are pros and cons right now how school systems are set up but having a completely uneducated population that has an even harder time communicating with each other or understanding even the most basic rules of the universe around you is not good either. It sets you up to be extremely vulnerable to conspiracy theorists and con men. There is such a thing as objective truth about reality and we NEED people to be grounded in reality instead of thinking they can just make up their own reality and that's reality. That is ego and chaos. That said there are certainly things that need to change and be improved on in our education system to empower children in a healthier way, spread truth not propaganda and protect kids from the manipulation they will inevitably encounter in life. People love saying critical thinking is a good thing but those same people do not DEMONSTRATE critical thinking. They demonstrate over emotional narcissism and CALL that critical thinking. We need to be teaching kids the difference between the two. We've got to get away from this trend of thinking only in dualistic terms where it's this is ALLLL bad or this is ALLL good. That is very rarely reality but actually ego. Most things in reality are actually a mix of healthy and unhealthy and it depends on the person and context whether it's an appropriate solution or not. If you want solutions that actually work in reality , those solutions need to actually reflect reality and reality is rarely all tied up in one box or the other box. While the people in power continue to impose more taxes on us while we feel failed by the political system and ignore what they are doing while they bondage us deeper.... Vicious cycle. I thought when I was a kid that the government had my best interests at heart. I thought adults were honest and fair and kind. I thought that the only alcoholics were the ones laying in the street with the bottle in their hand. I thought that bad guys were put in prison and that the police upheld the law. I had no idea how much corruption there was until I became an adult. Once my father died and I had to start paying attention to how our government was run, I became completely disillusioned. Now I just pray for my children and my grandchildren. I try and involve myself in our local government, but corruption is everywhere! It's very rare to find a politician that actually cares. Most tell you what you want to hear and then do the opposite once they get into office.

Depending on how much you have in your file, they go ahead and create a new cell in prison for your future use. Also, when you get sentenced with life in prison, your paperwork says "deceased." It's all a pipeline to make more money in the privatized prison system.

I have heard that school is like jail from my own son. The inner city schools are institutionalized to create worker bees or prison inmates. They have security guards, security check points and cameras, locked doors and uniforms all in the name of so called safety.
