Is it correct to wait, or should I try for the next job? I got selected at the State Street HCL campus in college, received a letter of intent, and my result was published on August 28, 2023, but I haven't received any further information. Out of 30 selected, 5 student started training from September 2 to 12, and the next batch of 5 on September 19 to 29. Until now, I haven't received any update on training. I tried calling HR, but there was no response. The training process also started in September. It's been only one month, but I'm anxious 😢about the job because what if I don't get a call for training? It's difficult to stay at home.

Hi ma'am, I got selected in HCL this April and my pre onboarding training and assessments ended on Sep-30th. I uploaded all my documents for BGV and filled out my offer acceptance form. I have not received any emails from our HR for the past month, this is happening to my friends as well. Is this a common problem in HCL?
Hi, I was also selected in march this year, all trainings, assessments bgv and everything completed but they haven't provided any information on onboarding, maybe this is happening due to recession fear as last year everyone was onboarded by November, start looking at other opportunities also these hcl people are now playing with emotions of graduates

Akka, i was selected in HCL as direct walk In for oracle developer position ,the Hr told to send the documents through mail.But still there is no response from them from last two weeks...

im btech 23 pass out batch i got offer letter in February on boarding in August and postponed to October now its November still we are waiting joining .....when should be joining ? what is role of freshers? what course and technology is helpful before joining or training period? is there pre trainings class in online
