I didn’t even think about pvp. Pve is what it should be focused on and it become maybe a in-depth raid game mode with new armors coming in every raid
It should def be focused on PvE and as per the devs it will be. I think PvP and Co-Op will just be that lil cherry on top for some players (even myself) because when I get a game, I would like to play with my friends and of course test my unit vs others.
I would want a 1v1 duel mode. *Edit: ok it was mentioned. I'm a dumb*
2v2 and 3v3 is nice, but there's gonna be times where I wanna just slug it out with a singular guy.
I agree. But expect it to be a mess once people figure out whats the fastest way to kill a player unit. I hope its a bit more fun then what I have in my head. Hope the fights last awhile.
I think the co-op missions should be similar to the dungeons or raids in Destiny or like in Monster Hunter. And I think PvP can work as long as there’s some sense of variety in venues. 4v4 is good but I think 6v6 is better especially on a larger map. But like they said it’s a solo game first and multiplayer second.

I found a melee glitch they should fix before any pvp
They did slow down melee least when it comes to the dual strikes. I forsee melee 1v1s just being a slug frst that lasts a few seconds lol

Honestly I don't see this game having balanced or functional PvP, melee will be the strongest form of combat without much thought in how players go about engagements. It could easily be just build the weapon that stuns more.
The PvE on the other hand will be really fun since the core gameplay is already similar to beat em ups and horde slashers like Dynasty Warrior's.
I only hope they make ranged combat easier to build and more substantial.
I think the game should really focus on PvE. People want destiny with Gundams. Majority (read all) of my friends are waiting for it to be coop before jumping in. A single player game needs to be extremely engaging: last of us, death stranding, God of war Ragnarok. I haven't gotten any of those vibes from this game. Even ZoE had a compelling allure to it. The new Armored core has been announced so they def have work to do. This game has far more custom tweaks and more engaging melee and they need to realize that.
As long as it isnt "on rails"

I haven't played much since Patch 7 but at that time, I did. Currently moving but once I get settled in, I'm planning on jumping back in hard during Patch 9.0!
