Ulyana, I am writing a comment to support your channel.
I thank you.
😊
I am currently looking to buy a house in western part of Ukraine. 3 rooms, bathroom and kitchen would be enough. Not in a big city but a living town with decent facilities such as doctor, local school, cafe, mart for daily needs. Electricity, gas and centralized water. Also, I may offer it rent free for an year or two , to person or family displaced from war. It is saddening to see so many people displaced by this war.
You want to do a very good thing. Unfortunately, a lot of people lost their homes. And every day, Russian missiles destroy houses in Ukraine, as well as human lives.... This is all very scary and sad.

I do not understand what you are talking about?
Is the process of buying land or property in Ukraine the same as it is in England, where you find an Estate Agent, who takes you around to see all the locations, and then a Lawyer to do the checks on the property/land? The estate agents aren't registered though? So it's common for the estate agent to do a bad job?
I am not a real estate agent. I don't know if the process of buying real estate is the same as in England. If you buy real estate, everything is registered with a notary. You can find a lawyer who will check all this. If you buy through a real estate agency, they have to check everything themselves and conduct the transaction.
@@RoutineLife13 Thank you.
It will be great if you add location of village on map. People like me are from outside Ukraine. I do not know every village in Ukraine. Thanks for a great video. Also mention the area of land. Is the land and house privatized?
If you Google 'Skala-Podilska, Ternopil region' (mentioned in the description of the video, above) it will take you to the Google Maps location, from where you can do plenty of research.
Be aware that any acreage mentioned in Ukrainian property descriptions differs greatly to how you might calculate acreage. For example, '35-40 acres' there will probably translate to 2-3 acres here. This isn't a scam, merely a difference in how 'acreage' is worked out.
Always worth knowing the 'privatised, or not' status of the property. 👍

@surenderinindia100 Thank you for your comment. Yes, everything is privatized. Land plot of 20 acres. In the previous videos, I added the location of the houses on the map, in the next video I will add them. If you are interested, I show these houses on Ukrainian-language CZcams, there are longer videos there. And in the description under the video I write the phone number of the seller.

Glory to heroes! Thank you for your comment.
@@CymInUA Thanks for clarification. In Ukraine measurement of 100 Sotka is for 100 m2. This word comes from Sanskrit. Easy to understand.
@@surenderinindia100 Indeed. There are approximately 4000m2 to one acre by our measurements, hence the difference. :)
