Is there a rubber mat you can put down inside it

Josh, a rubber mat does not come included with the bed slide. I'm sure one could easily be made for it, however.

Do you have the mounting bolts available separately?

The mounting kit comes with the cargo slide itself. I would recommend reaching out to Highway Products directly to see if they can provide you with them separately. (1-800-TOOLBOX)
