I never understand people (I mean both men and women) who always complaining about toxicity in online games. Most of the time I'm playing those games with friends, but sometimes go solo. And both times other players are muted. Like all of them. Never heard any toxicity in my life. Because if you want to chill, why don't speak or hear some random people? And if you want to compete, you need a team (like friends or people from discord), not some randoms.
These aren't men's spaces. We men just happen to be there. Don't gatekeep.

The misandry issue is actually worse in places like UK (Also a couple other places in Europe). I know in the UK specifically they basically made it law that men cannot be raped and women cannot be rapist. Several nations across Europe (UK, France and Germany are the ones that I remember articles from) also charge or arrest people for "hate" speech against women but not men.
Depending on the state this type of talking is not considered normal and will get you nasty looks. Heck not even American cities is this normal, though it is more common.

If I remember correctly, in league of legends in Korea, where they have their account tied to their governmemt credentials, they use the honor system to mark someone as a bad player on their team so others will target them id they have a ribbon (which is intended as a reward) on their banner.
Only way is to remove any way to interract with people effectively offing the multiplayer part.
