Seems like 3 solid picks for GB. I like Tyler Guyton more if they draft an O-lineman in the 1st. I also like Jayden Hicks more at 58 for Safety but I can see Javon Bullard. Bullard seems like an intelligent football IQ guy.
I say fix the defense & make it dominant. Draft a CB then second round draft a LB & Safety. You can always draft a tackle later in the draft which is good
We know Gute usually drafts defense in the 1st round, so secondary is the most likely pick!! Then OL and more defense in the 2nd round. 3rd round LB/S/DL depending who slides and maybe a RB if one is available. Cooper might not be available in the 2nd round IMHO, maybe a trade up in the late 1st round or early 2nd. And I think they might get a QB late, like QB James Cahoon (D3 Bridgewater State), S/RB Sione Vaki, and RB's Braelon Allen and Isaac Guerendo (ex Badgers).
I still don't see GB taking an O-lineman in the 1st round it's not their M.O. the last time they drafted an O-lineman in the1st was in 2011 and Derrick Sharrod was an injury bust.
Having a new franchise QB I could see them taking a tackle. But I also see a lot of good players dropping a bit cuz everyone gonna be going for those QBs
I can see the packers draft an edge. They have a history under Gute to draft for the future not the now. With Preston smith possibly gone next year I see them looking to be ready to replace him.
The Packers have a deep WR room with tons of potential, but you can never have too many. Keon Coleman a WR from Florida State is a big target at 6’3” and can stretch the field. It’s never a bad thing to give your young QB another weapon and Keon Coleman would be a nice fit in the Packers passing game. This would have the potential to be a big time value on day 2. At one point late, Keon Coleman was leading the NCAA in most catches over 20 yards. I agree there are faster guys, but his route running and ability to create separation should not be discounted. Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛
Green Bay might pick OL in the first round but there are other players that make more sense, but they might all be gone unless Gute trades up, who knows… all I know for sure is Mel hasn’t been right about anything in at least 20 years
Now that Mel made this prediction, All you Packer fans know theys no way that will be their pick. Packers always pick who they want, Not what Mel and others say they will. Their 1st round pick will be nobody expected or was projected to be picked at that spot. That's why they are "THE PACKERS" Go Gutey Go!
I like Mims. But E. Cooper is overrated, imo. I'm hoping the Packers will target CB Renardo Green instead of Bullard. I don't believe R. Green will have a problem playing safety if needed, and he's very active in run support.
It's this simple....ANY first round selection that is not a QB darn well better be a starter in his first season. So who thinks Mimms is better than Rasheed Walker? NOBODY???? Then DON'T DRAFT MIMS IN THE FIRST ROUND.
Idk Luke mels takes arent good here. Cooper maybe bur the other 2 i really dont think so. That saftey doesnt meet the criteria they look for and you said it yourself they rarely draft OL in the 1st round
Hey Luke, what concerns me about Mims when viewing his photo over your shoulder is the massive knee braces he has on both legs. Even though I did not make it very far in Medical school, a man his size and weight with pre existing conditions and limited playing time woudl be huge RISK. Ill pass.
I'd trust my younger sister before I'd trust anything Kiper had to say. Now... I would value YOUR opinion Luke! 😉😉 Thank you for ALL you do! GPG!
First round o line or cornerback. Second round linebacker and safety
Defense 1000 percent

they might even double down with tackle as there first two picks don't be surprized
I say fix the defense & make it dominant. Draft a CB then second round draft a LB & Safety. You can always draft a tackle later in the draft which is good
Mel Who? Oh Kiper, the guy has a 5% success rate for predictions.

Yeah Mims is my guess also.

I don't trust Kiper. However, should the draft fall this way, I wouldn't be upset. I'd prefer Peyton Wilson over Edgerin Cooper, but to each his own.
Edge rusher
In Gute we trust
Thanks for watching mel so I don't have to. Love to you Luke!
I would get him & load up on defense they offense good
There are no safeties being drafted by GB in the 1sr two rounds
If it's a o line guy graham barton is the guy im like the cooper pick both coopers and Cole bishop or jonah elliss

hope kiper knows Mims only plays RT
Yea, I can see packers get an uknown Left tackle on the second round.

No one knows how good a player is until they play nfl games. No one saw walker being good before last year's draft
Kool Aid
Id be happen if that’s how it went down
Scoop God is Great Packers are Good so is Kool Aid

Some college coaches make their linemen wear those braces. Coach Bedenbaugh at Oklahoma is one of them. It's more precautionary than existing.
