  • To dry the flour, you need to take paper towels and cover the baking sheet with them. Pour out the flour and smooth it out with your hands and a spatula. I advise you not to dry more than 500 grams of flour at a time, as it dries faster and will give excess fat to a napkin.
    It is necessary to dry the flour from 90 to 100 degrees, about 60-90 minutes. Be sure to mix the flour lightly every 15 minutes so that it is evenly listened to. I put a timer on the oven, it's more convenient. While the flour is drying, you can go about your business, as it will not burn, do not worry.
    When the flour has dried, we take out a baking sheet and cover the flour with a towel, put a press on top in the form of a baking sheet and leave it like this for about 8 hours. Why are we doing this? So that the excess fat is absorbed into the towel, and the press helps to speed up this process. Also, do not use flour as soon as it is dried, do as I showed in the video. Otherwise, there is a possibility that the excess fat from the flour will not completely go away.
